Emergencies happen! If you’re running late or have to cancel last minute, it’s understandable. When it becomes chronic (2 to 3X or more) & begins to affect other clients and myself, it becomes an issue.
If you have to cancel, please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you're late, you can still have your Electrolysis treatment & only for the amount of time remaining. Chronic cancellations may result in a discontinuation of services depending on the situation :(
